AP Macro Economics - Please Help

This is my desperate cry for help.

I am an APUSH teacher,but this year I will be taking on AP Macro Economics as well. I think this is an amazing challenge and I am so excited about this, having said that, I have not touched economics since college. I need to cram some of this info in my brain so I can try and remind myself what I learned many years ago.

Looking for any resources, materials, suggestions, advice that anyone may have.
