DBQ Assessments

Does anyone have DBQs for middle school curriculum from Revolution to Reconstruction? I am wanting to do more of them next year as we move into common core standards with all of the writing focus.

Jesse... When do you want to start some of the DBQs? I have some things from when I used to teach 8th grade SS in NY, but I need to find my old files. I can also send you some websites that will be extremely helpful. I used to use them for my classes when I did DBQs with them.

Our school uses dbqs that were created by the American History Grant through our education service center.  They used to be posted at www.esc13.net under social studies.  I think they were removed though.  I can email you the ones we use.  We just did the uploaded file on the Trail of Tears.  This is student copy, but we have a master copy as well.  Let me know if you're interested.  I'm not sure if the browser will hold all the files as some are quite large due to photos, etc.
