"I would love to see some type of NYS global history unit-based reader that we could work on collaboratively. Trying to get one going at the school level, but it'd be neat if we could all suggest some inquiry questions and specific…"
"Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I'm finishing a masters and had to get that out of the way first.
Each time I get to this unit it overwhelms me. Textbooks handle it differently, and it just seems to be a…"
"I have the same issue. Too much to do in that particular unit and have always wanted to break it down a little better. My students get really lost in what is going on in France at that time. I've only been teaching the course…"
"I am also making the switch to edmodo, as I feel it combines the blog and the wiki that I was using before. @lisa, do you think that edmodo could also replace Todaysmeet for your classes? I tried it last year but had a tech fail, as it…"

"Great idea to form a group!
I'm jumping on the Edmodo wagon this year with my students. Moving away from my blog, hoping to use the program as a hub for information, assignments, and sharing/embedding finished products from our…"
"Somewhat off topic, but do you all know of any comprehensive high school/middle school level historical fiction list? I would love to just through out a group of suggestions grouped by topic. I'm sure I could google it but would…"
"I am glad that I asked. Always good to hear that the problems are universal and not isolated to my department. I think a lot of my point of view on this exam is that the January regents was a random mix of questions as well - some even…"
"What did you think of this past Regents exam?
Increasingly focused on 10th grade material in my opinion. Interesting trends over the past few times the test has been administered, but it was fair...
"I teach in NYS too. For some reason in our district, our 9th grade curriculum only goes through the age of exploration. I wish they could do through Absolutism to give the 10th grade teachers some additional time. We do teach the…"
