Many teachers who are familiar with TCI strategies or lessons know how important the Multiple Intelligence theory by Howard Gardner is.  We created a multiple intelligence test for our trainings and methods book.  While there are MI tests out there online, none are quite kid-friendly like the one we use.  I've looked for a web tool to create one, but found that none really allow me to create it the way I'd like.  I created a Google doc spreadsheet though that will do the trick.  You can follow the directions below to download your own copy and give to your students.

Here's the steps:

1. Follow this link: http://bit.ly/qhbXZX

2. Under the file menu, select "Download As..."

3. Download the test as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to your computer or drive

4. Distribute to participants or students.  Have them do a "Save As" when saving and have them save their own scored results.

This version is best used for upper-elementary through high school.  I could see teachers easily adapting this to meet their own needs by changing the font size or readability.
